What can I expect?
Consultation
We start off our garden design with a free consultation.
This consultation includes:

How you would like to use the site

Your budget

Different options for the garden
The consultation either can be done:

At the location of the garden

Remotely with a house plan (with plot) and pictures of the area
Planning
When you are ready to continue, we will sign a contract for the job, including a 20% down payment.
What we will need:

The house (plot) plans
-
Pictures of the current layout (I will be happy to take the pictures)

If the house plans are not available, measurements are required as well.
After this, we create:

The garden plan in full color
-
A 3D view
-
Options of plants/materials
The planning should take approximately one week, depending
on the size of the garden
Presentation
When the first draft of the plans are complete, We will walk you through the design and discuss any elements that you want to change. 20% of the cost is due at this time.
After changes are made and finalized, and you are excited about your new garden, the plans are printed and delivered.
The final payment of 60% is due at this time.
Implementation
We offer a gardening supervision service, as well, to ensure that the plan is implemented as designed.
We generally work with a professional gardener with many years of experience.
However, if you have your own gardener who is willing to work with us, we would be happy to supervise the work.
After implementation, there are generally some changes required to the plan, which is included in the supervision cost.
